I found this website while searching for a recipe from the 1975 Amana Touchmatic Radarange Microwave Oven Cookbook.

If you have this book, could you please post the recipe for BBQ Beef. My Mother passed away in 1993 and my Dad has lost this cookbook. He always made this BBQ Beef and I've tried to help him find this cookbook.

Thank you.

Well, digest this!!!! We love your blog and are going to try some of your recipes. You make it all seem so exciting. We, especially, appreciate your encouragement of shopping at local businesses. Local businesses are what made the big businesses we have today. Unfortunately, they became more focused on the $$ than on offering choices, freshness, and most importantly, customer service.

Keep up the good work and information! We love you!!!!
